I am sorry to hear this. The detail on the site is amazing and I still comb through it once in a while looking at old 45 or album sleeves or refreshing my memory of some arcane fact.
I'm certainly sad to hear the news about shutting down the site .
I like hearing from the guys in the band and what's going on with them these days .
It was one stop where the band and followers
Could connect .
I know life is busier these days .
And the site may not be getting the traffic it once did .
I for one enjoy reading blogs of my fellow followers of the band . That are from Europe and South America and from all over the world . How they are enjoying Rare Earth Music as if it were a brand new group .
Their enthusiasm is contatious .
to follow their discovery and their request for more Rare Earth .
And what a real treasure the Band is .
It's a website that I'll miss.

I'm also sorry to see this site close down. I was happy to post things in the past I thought might be of interest. I look in on the site daily. My best wishes to all that have participated here.
