Very shocked and saddened to hear that Ronnie Montrose has taken his own life. Loved his work on thatfirst montrosealbum...Space Station No5, Bad Motor Scooter etc with sammy Hagar.
One of the greatest in my opinion. I saw him with Gamma at the Gammersmith Odeon in the 80's and they were superb but the set only lasted 40 minutes, they were the headline act. The fans were not happy to say the least.
