I am listening to, as I type this, "Love Music" from the Rare Earth Band Together album...I have a sentimental attachment to this album...one of my very favorites from the group. 1978 was a nice year for me...and I'll never forget it... And I know every one of their other albums, but this just does something special for me with the disco overtones and the polished production..wonderful record. Too bad it is nearly impossible to find today. It barely made it into the .99 cent bins when it was released, which shows just how misinformed the listening public was concerning Rare Earth, and their record company were the biggest bunch of slackers with this album....now let the world have the trash that is on the airwaves...they got what they wanted...american idol rap dance commercial nonsense.
