I hate for my first post to be a promo, and for this I aplogize in advance.

Hi Richard

Whats that in our UK time? Are we 7 hours ahead of EST? 6pm on Sunday evening would be very convenient, especially as we won't have to worry about missing our beloved footie team playing in the European Championship games!!!

The acutal interview should take place "about" 11:30 am EST.  The EZHelp, You and More Show starts at 11:00 am EST.

I believe there's a 5 hour difference in the U.K.....so, U.K. time would be about 4:30 pm.
