I understand both the Rare Earth albums Tight & Hot, (limited release only in Canada), and Generation, (not released), are not available and am inquiring if anyone reading this post would know how to go about getting a copy of the songs from both of those albums for my own personal use.

I think anybody who likes Rare Earth enough to check out this forum might also very likely have a copy of the "Tight & Hot" album. I have a pristine copy of the "Dreams/Answers" album dubbed to a CD. Perhaps we could arrange a swap fo some sort.
I've contacted 15+ used record shops in Canada looking for the Tight & Hot album. Although everyone knows Rare Earth no one seems to have any info on this lp. This album was supposed to have been a limited release in Canada, right? If I don't hear from anybody soon I will contact RCA records, maybe they can help.
Tight and Hot had a release in Canada although only on a limited basis. Generation had a limited release in the US. Both of these albums exist but like most items that are hard to find, the people that own them are reluctant to share. I dont have Tight And Hot either so all we can do is keep looking and who knows maybe someone has a copy and may want to swap. Perhaps they need something too? Dont forget both of these albums have their full track listings on the rareearthworld discography page.
