Something interesting for everyone who owns the Dreams Answers lp. You may be aware or maybe this is the first time you have heard this. The album cover has the 5 members on and most of us assume that Kenny James (Folcik) is at the rear in the photo. It is actually Dennis Coffey standing there! Why?
The band was to meet at Tera Shirma to go out on the photo shoot. Kenny was late getting to the studio. Dennis Coffey happened to be at the studio while we were waiting for Kenny so it was decided he would go in Kenny'e place. Kenny finally arrived after the guys had left. When I told him what happened he said to me " Dennis doesn't look like a hippie. " Later on I told this to Mike Theodore and he laughed.
i like alot of the tracks........the totally different version of get ready.....side walk cafe......king of rainy country.....land of nod...... are my favs.... i would love to see it put on cd.........my lp copy is in pretty good condition and enjoy playing it from time to time........

i had the pleasure of seeing your father in concert with the band in jacksonville around '71.....i was sitting on my father's shoulders and peter threw me a drumstick and i missed the darn thing........some body else got the the drumstick so i was upset....hell i was only nine years old at the time!!! i have been a fan for 34 years and still counting............what i remember???? the bass solo!! and the drum solo on get ready....i guess i could go on and on but i would be writing forever.......fyi
I KNOW THAT PETER,GIL AND JOHN SANG MOST OF THE LEADS ON D/A.......WHO SINGS THE SONG "SEARCHIN"??? I ASKED PETER THRU E-MAIL BUT HE COULD'NT REMEMBER......WELL AFTER ALMOST 38 YEARS I CAN UNDERSTAND.......THE VOCALS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE ANY OF THEM....IS IT ROD??
