And without further ado, I just GOTTA offer to ya the STELLAR closing track of a SUPERB 1974 Motown LP.
"It's Been Oh So Long" - RIOT Written, Arranged & Produced by NICK ZESSES & DINO FEKARIS
This LP was performed by an emsemble comprised of Hungria Carmelo Garcia (who would later appear on timbales in the 1967 Stevie Wonder masterpiece "Another Star"), Hector Andrades, Tommy Trujillo, John DeLuna, Gabriel Garcia, Jose Marino, Jerry Rush, Jai Winding, And Melvin Ragin (B.K.A. "Wah-Wah Watson")
As an aside, apart from Track 2, Side B, "A Song Of Long Ago", which was composed by Gabriel Garcia, the entire LP ("Welcome To The World!"; "Just Beyond"; "Mother Nature"; The lon & Produced by Nick & Dino e single from said LP, "Put Your Gun Down Brother"; "Happy Just To Be Livin'"; "God Bless Conchita"; & "It's Been Oh So Long") was written by Nick & Dino.
I bring this to ya in the hopes that, even if ya have this great LP in yer collection (I once did, God Rest Its Vinyl Soul), ya tune into it (Once again, no graphics or visuals other than stills of the album sleeve front & back art) and send the views PAST a mere, palrty, trivial 100.
Do it for the popularity this LP deserved...and *still* does!
N.B. - Martin Taras (1914-1994) was one of the *greatest* animators & comic artistes that *ever lived*....and THIS is my NEW NAME for a NEW YEAR! The Termite Terrace Titan...RELOADED!
would like to hear Mother Nature,...is it same song done by Temps?
Indeed you Are correct, m8..
"M.N." was written by Zesses & Fekaris in 1972 and recorded on the "All Directions" LP from The Much Regretted David English & Co.
It was re-done by Riot (With Gabriel Garcia on lead vocal) in a considerably different arrangement...and I do believe additional lyrical content...on the aforementioned 1974 LP.
As an aside, one lone single was pulled off the LP back in the day; The SHOULDA-BEEN-A-HIT-BUT-WUZZNT gam "PUT YOUR GUN DOWN ,BROTHER" With lead vocal by John DeLuna & additional arrangements from The Much Regretted Tom Baird.
Let's all work on getting this You Tube viewer count to a nice, high number for the contributor's sake...after all, it was THEY who resurrected this lost treasure for us and the world to re-enjoy...or, in Radenko's case (as well as others) catch hold of a 'lost treasure'...
Tell your siblings, tell your parents, tell your friends, tell your enemies, stop people on the street you don't even know and tell them about this! LOL on the latter!
So, COME ON, Fellow True Believers! Do your share and PITCH IN!!
And that contribution by Carmelo Hungria Garcia (As he was billed on "Songs In The Key Of Life") to "Another Star" was, in fact, 1976..He is not in possession of a TARDIS!
Hey Martin Taras Revue or should I say poster formally known as Termite Terrace Titan. thanks for the tune, after reading all these posts I thought Dr Who would make an appearance.

Nope, no Doctor Who, or Borusa, or Master, or any other Gallifreyans available.....but maybe Thermoman (The ARDAL O'HANLON version) will do?
And whilst you give him a detailed instruction itinerary on where he's needed on Earth the most, I'll be entertaining the lovely Janet Dawkins-Sunday!
