Rick Springfields producer is a good friend of mine. He was the engineer on the Band Togeather and Grand Slam albums. Bill Dresher is his name. He was producing Witness and called me to come help on a song called Do it till we Drop.

The Witness album is a classic amongst  melodic rock fans, only the one album as far as I know with Debbie Davies on lead vocals. 

Watching the actual video is strange with some guy miming to Pete's voice.  

Pete would have been great in a hard rock outfit with that power.

The "Witness" album can be found on the Arista label (Now owned by Sony/BMG), and "Do It Till We Drop" was one stone cold UBER-JAM! (I first saw the song's vignette  on, of all things, MTV's "Headbanger's Ball")

Awesome tune.. Go git it fer yerselves, True Believers; You'll be *glad* ya **did!!**
